Introduction
My goal is to provide each individual a natural and proportional appearance with complete safety in mind. My staff and I provide a warm and comforting environment for our patients so that their overall experience is positive. I take pride in the fact that I listen to everyone’s individual concerns and recommend a treatment plan based on their desires and needs. With over 27 years of experience, I am able to give my patients consistent and excellent results. I perform cosmetic surgery at the state-accredited Paradise Valley Cosmetic Surgery Center using the latest scientific techniques. I also provide my patients overnight recovery at our state-accredited Surgical Recovery Center. Both of these facilities are on the same campus as my office.
Professional Background
Dr. Spies has been performing both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery since 1986. He has significant experience with all types of procedures including cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. He continues to perform the more difficult reconstructive operations including microsurgical head and neck reconstruction. This has provided him with even more knowledge and experience when performing cosmetic facial surgery.

Cosmetic Surgery including facelift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, tummy tuck, ultra-sonic liposuction, breast surgery (augmentation, reduction, lift), microfat injections, body lifts (thigh/buttocks, inner thigh) and combination operations including Mommy Makeover surgery.
