Professional Background
Dr. Jacobs is one of only 40 surgeons in the US (3 on Long Island) selected by Inamed Pharmaceuticals to participate in its cohesive gel breast implant study. Dr. Jacobs joined CSNY in 1978.
Education & Training
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A., Dr. Jacobs attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and graduated in 1972.
He completed his General Surgery Residency at the Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA and his Plastic Surgery Residency at Temple University Hospital.

A personal check is also acceptable provided it is submitted two weeks prior to the scheduled date of surgery. Payment for procedures involving insurance coverage, or predetermination of coverage are handled individually for patients permitted to go out of their insurance network.
