Surgical Training at University Hospital, Newark, N.J. and Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, N.J. (Columbia University). He received specialized training in Oncologic Surgery and Breast Reconstruction at Sloan Kettering Memorial (Cornell University) in New York. At the University of Pittsburgh he did award winning research on tissue expansion. He also worked on experimental microsurgical transplantation of hands. He finished his plastic surgery training at the State University of New York (Brooklyn).

The smoke or vapor gas is the main issue that effects your tissue to survive. Nicotine gum or patch is an alternative I use. Not all plastic surgeons understand that nicotine is metabolized to cotinine which is a vasodilator. However any smoke is a killer. Good luck..

The reality is previous face lift has facial tissue that usually allows for a straight forward lift. The SMAS is usually already done but may need a little tweak. See a board certified ASAPS plastic surgeon in consultation. It is possible to use special sutures to lift the jowls. It is best if you can find a diet that works for you. Weight watchers has a great AP for the smart phone that has helped many of my patients and friends. Exercise is important 45 minutes minimum on the elliptical per day can burn some fat. See a board certified plastic surgeon, a chiropractor, an orthopedist a physical therapist and your regular doctor to document your continued frustration with back, shoulder and neck pain secondary to your severe breast hypertrophy. It is possible to correct an asymmetry deficit of a nasal bone or cartilage with a filler. I use hyaluronics such as Juvederm. If you are happy with this result a permanent filler like your own fat or cartilage can be used. Cost is $650 for filler and $500 for a graft.
