From your description of the result you have obtained from the FX laser, it does not make sense to repeat this as the results are not likely to change. To truly rejuvenate your face, you should have a facelift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty. This will reposition the deeper tissues to the correct location so the skin can be smoothed over this new sculpted facial contour. If your skin needs further rejuvenation a laser which does more ablation than the FX laser would be in order or a chemical peel. The facelift would be the best starting point and most likely to get you to the results you wish.

A consultation would be very important to correctly identify what would give you the best result. At 25 years old your skin is likely to still be very elastic and therefore liposuction may work well for you, as this would remove the excess fat. If there is excess skin then some form of skin tightening, like a mini tummy tuck or a tummy tuck, would need to be done to contour the skin. Tummy tucks and liposuction can be safely done at the same time to gain the benefit of both, if used in the correctly chosen patients. Continued efforts on your part to reach your ideal weight will absolutely result in the best outcome for you as it would decrease the fat stores under your skin and also inside your abdomen around your intestines where excess fat can cause a bulging forward of your abdomen. You next step should be a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I have lost 80 lbs, I now weigh 130 lbs, 5' 4" tall. Can I still have a tummy tuck, if I take high blood pressure pills and angina pills, but both are controlled 100% by taking the pills? Also if I had a sterilization (tubal ligation done to not have any more kids), can I still have a tummy tuck…

Your weight loss is excellent and a tummy tuck has been shown to help patients like you maintain their weight loss. High blood pressure which is well controlled on medications should not be a barrier to having a tummy tuck but if you have angina, you should have a full evaluation of your heart by your primary care doctor so your surgery would be safe. Choosing a ASAPS member will help you know you a choosing a doctor with a mark of distinction in cosmetic surgery.

An examination by an ophthalmologist would be the first step. Your description of your problem may indicate a problem with the muscle which keeps your eye open. A detailed eye evaluation would be your first step.
