Dr. James Fox’s practice philosophy is to listen to the patient’s request and to deliver the best possible surgical result safely with a level of care that you would expect from a highly trained and educated practitioner. This is his dedicated commitment.
Dr. James Fox specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery. These cosmetic procedures include facial surgical procedures (facelift, eyelid lift, forehead lift, nasal surgery, protruding ear reduction, fat grafts, liposuction), breast surgical procedures (breast enlargement, breast reduction, breast lift, breast reconstruction, male breast reduction), and body surgical procedures (abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, mommy makeover, body lifting following weight loss). Dr. Fox also does non-surgical enhancements including Botox, fillers (Juvaderm, Restilyne) and facial peels.
Dr. James Fox is a board certified Philadelphia plastic surgeon who served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University and Hospital for 37 years. He is now Professor and Chief of Cosmetic Surgery at Temple University. A dedicated student of architecture and a gifted artist coupled with his extensive experience have made Dr. Fox a nationally renowned aesthetic surgeon. Dr. Fox has been chosen by his peers for inclusion in the Best Doctors In America and featured in Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Docs List every year since 1978. He is an accomplished author with over 50 published scientific articles and book chapters on the aging face and has lectured on plastic surgery nationally and internationally .
