About D'Arcy A. Honeycutt, MD
Introduction
Dr. D’Arcy Honeycutt is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who has been in private practice since 1994. She is one of only a few female plastic surgeons in North Dakota, and as a woman she brings a unique perspective to the practice of cosmetic and breast surgery.

Professional Background
Dr. Honeycutt has been in private practice since 1994. She is one of only a few female plastic surgeons in North Dakota, and as a woman she brings a unique perspective to the practice of cosmetic and breast surgery.
Education & Training
After graduating from Rice University, the “Harvard of the South”, Dr. Honeycutt completed medical school and a rigorous general surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
She then performed original research as a Fellow at the Shriners Burns Institute.
She completed her plastic surgery training at the well-respected University of Kentucky where she trained under Dr. Edward Luce, the past president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
She has completed 13 years of medical school, residency, and research but continues her education by attending seminars to master the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery. She has achieved recertification in BOTH General Surgery and Plastic Surgery and participates in the ongoing maintenance of certification (MOC).
She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Honeycutt has written a funded research grant, authored many scientific articles, and made national presentations. Dr. Honeycutt is a past chairman of the Department of Surgery at St. Alexius Hospital. She is the past Chairman of the Credentials Committee, and a former member of the Executive Committee.
