About Dr Chris Moss
Introduction
Dr Chris Moss commenced private practice in 1999 and has over 22 years of experience in Plastic Surgery.
Dr Moss is a consultant Plastic Surgeon at The Avenue Private Hospital in Windsor, and his private rooms are in the Melbourne suburb of Toorak. His practice is dedicated exclusively to aesthetic surgery of the face and nose. He specialises in facelift, neck lift, fat grafting, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty surgery. With an innovative approach to facial rejuvenation, he is recognised for his world class and natural looking results.
In keeping with his practice philosophy, Dr Moss is committed to the total aesthetic care of the face and offers a complete range of modern surgical and non-surgical treatments. He has over 22 years experience in non-surgical rejuvenation of the face and skin – providing advanced aesthetic laser, injectable and skincare technologies from his Liberty Belle Skin Centre. Pursuing his interest in functional skin care, Dr Moss formulated and developed the Liberty Belle Rx active skincare range.

Education & Training
Following the completion of his medical degree and then 10 years of Surgical Training, he was awarded his specialist qualification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1998. He completed fellowships in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Melbourne and then trained in cosmetic surgery in the USA at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, with Dr Bruce Connell in Los Angeles and with Dr Jim Stuzin in Miami.
In 1996 Dr Moss performed ground-breaking research into facial anatomy which he completed as a surgical research Fellow in the Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Research Unit at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. This research is regularly cited in the scientific literature. He has subsequently helped develop techniques for safe surgical and non-surgical aesthetic corrections of the face and skin. Dr Moss continues to conduct clinical research and has published scientific articles in addition to lecturing and teaching in his field.
