One breast slightly larger, 20 grams: Should I use 2 different sized implants?

My left breast is 20 grams smaller than the right. I was thinking of using 345cc and 365cc Natrelle Inspira. Is that ideal or should I use the same size, because the size is different? It is slightly noticeable when you look at them. Also, what is the difference of Natrelle Responsive Gel and Natrelle Soft Touch- pros and cons? I also have large nipples, but am worried about losing sensation with areola incision.

I generally do not recommend different sized breast implants to correct small breast asymmetries. Different sized implants have a different width and this difference can be visible.

However if you have significant breast tissue and the implants are placed below the muscle it is possible to do this.

The most important issue is whether there is a difference in nipple position. If one nipple and breast is lower then a lift on that side may be the best option to correct the asymmetry.
