Revision Rhinoplasty

I need an experienced doctor in revision rhinoplasty to basically reverse everything that was done in my primary surgery. I had surgery about 8 months ago I am very unhappy with the results. I need an experienced doctor (doesn't matter where they are) but they have to be experienced at doing middle eastern noses. I want to reverse an osteotomy that was done, adding a dorsal graft to make the bridge higher (I won't mind having a small curve like a hump too) adding spreader grafts because I am starting to notice an inverted v deformity, and projecting, widening and de-rotating the tip. I want my nose to be as close as it was before surgery please help me I am thinking about suicide every day, I need your help doctors tell me what to do. I really have hope that there's somebody out there that can help me to make my nose as close as it was before surgery.

First and foremost, you must seek counseling if you truly are serious about your comment being suicidal. Until you can get those issues resolved, no surgeon will want to intervene in your case as it takes a strong psyche to undergo a major rhinoplasty procedure, seeking to reverse everything that was done from your primary procedure. And as for your revision, you are right about seeking a very experienced surgeon who may be able to help you restore your original nose to you... but you must provide photos to your surgeon and you both must agree on the plan that will be undertaken, You use a lot of jargon that suggests you are very familiar with nose surgery... and you must make sure that your surgeon is on the same page as you are or you could face even more disappointment. I hope you an resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
