Case #22040: Rhinoplasty Patient 64

Case Description

This 49-year-old existing patient came in requesting improvement in the appearance of her nose. She asked our physician to remove the dorsal hump and refine her broad tip, and she wanted her nose to look natural. She asked us not to make drastic changes. Our provider performed an open rhinoplasty during which he removed the bony cartilaginous hump, performed infractures to narrow the nasal bones appropriately, and re-shaped the patient’s bulbous tip under direct vision. The patient’s recovery was uneventful. She is very happy with the improved yet natural appearance of her nose.
