Case Description

This is a 42 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 170 pounds at the time of surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation in the distant past. She underwent a bilateral breast implant explantation with en-bloc capsulectomies and wise pattern mastopexies with autologous fat grafting to optimize symmetry and lift her breasts.
