  • Producing a Natural Looking Facelift

A facelift (also known as rhytidectomy) is the most comprehensive approach to treating facial wrinkles and sagging caused by aging. The surgery varies in a range from minimally invasive ‘lunchtime lifts’ to more extensive, sophisticated surgery. A facelift removes excess skin, tightens underlying tissues and muscle and redrapes skin on the face and neck. It can correct midface sagging, marionette lines, jowls and a double chin, maintaining its reputation as the ‘gold standard’ for facial rejuvenation.

  • Lip Reduction

Today, you can’t make it through your social feed or a magazine without seeing someone modeling an artificially plumped pout. While many patients are interested in augmenting their lips, some are looking to make their lips smaller. This is more common in certain ethnicities but is popular with both men and women. There are even some patients who have lip enlargement due to trauma, or are unhappy with the results of a lip augmentation procedure. These concerns can be corrected with simple lip reduction procedure.

  • Rejuvenating the Eyes with Blepharoplasty

Do you find yourself asking, “Why do I look so tired all the time?”… well with age, we all start to notice subtle and sometimes even dramatic changes in the skin around our eyes. Over the years, we see our eyelids begin to stretch, and as a result, the muscles supporting them begin to weaken. This process can result in excess fat to wrinkle above and below the eyelids, causing saggy eyebrows, droopy upper lids, and bags under our eyes. In some cases, the sagging skin around the eyes can begin to obstruct your vision, especially the upper and outer parts of your field of vision.

  • The Minimally Invasive Facelift

ASAPS member, Christine Hamori, MD from Duxbury, MA describes the Silhouette Lift, a minimally invasive option for patients wanting to recontour the face without more invasive surgery. This sterile procedure is an effective minimally-invasive alternative to the traditional facelift. Dr. Hamori notes, “The Silhouette Lift can be enhanced with small amounts of filler that provide patients with both lift and volume within a short amount of time.”

  • I Love My Facelift!

Vivian decided to have a facelift, because when she looked in the mirror she felt like she was looking at an old woman she didn’t recognize.

Having an ASAPS, board-certified plastic surgeon made her feel that her surgeon had the qualifications and accreditation by his peers— and that was very important to her.

In this video, Dr. Levine explains what made Vivian a perfect candidate for plastic surgery. She knew exactly what it was that she wanted to see improved, and understood that this procedure would be the best method to achieve her goals.
