According to Eating Well, strawberries are chock full of vitamin C, which helps you fight off the dryness that comes with age (and in turn leads to wrinkles). Pick up a few tomatoes too - they contain lycopene, a cartenoid that could help improve skin smoothness, the news source reports. On top of that, tomatoes can protect against sunburn, and sun damage is one of the top causes of advanced skin aging.

It's not just what you eat that matters, but also what you drink. Coffee, for example, may be able to prevent skin cancer. According to the news source, a study published in the European Journal of Cancer Prevention found that women who drank one ​c​up of caffeinated coffee had a reduced skin cancer risk of about 10 percent compared to those who abstained from the beverage. The more coffee women drank, the more likely they were to avoid this illness.

If it's too late
Unfortunately, if you have already begun to see signs of aging on your face, eating these foods won't do much to reverse the wrinkles and blemishes that have already formed.
