Scott Miller, M.D. offers a full range of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures designed to enhance the face, breasts, and body. A board-certified San Diego plastic surgeon, Dr. Miller specializes in facial plastic surgery, including minimal incision approaches, deep layer face-lifts, and endoscopic treatments. He also offers advanced techniques for procedures such as neck lift, eyelid surgery, brow lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck surgery. For mothers who would like to restore their pre-pregnancy figure, Dr. Miller can combine a number of aesthetic enhancement options into a Mommy Makeover procedure. In addition to the many surgical procedures Dr. Miller provides, he also offers a number of non-surgical procedures such as the CoolSculpting® liposuction alternative, BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and professional skin care products.

Dr. Miller is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which demands that its members meet or exceed rigorous standards in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Miller attended the University of California Irvine for his Bachelors of Science degree. He received his Medical Degree from the University of California Irvine College of Medicine and also did his general surgery residency training at UCI. After completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, he was invited to take a fellowship with world-renowned plastic surgeon Bruce Connell, M.D. focusing exclusively on aesthetic cosmetic plastic surgery.

A consultation with Dr. Miller consists of an in-dept personal evaluation and explanation of all possible procedures. Each patient is unique. At Miller Cosmetic Surgery Center, we recognize that the needs and goals of each person must be discussed fully. In addition to the discussion and evaluation, numerous before and after photos will be viewed at the consultation appointment. Emphasis is placed on likely, achievable results, potential set backs and remedies and optimal realistic recovery techniques. Upon completion of the consultation with Dr. Miller, each patient will meet with Dr. Miller’s patient coordinator who will review and assist in logistics (including fees, scheduling process, and further questions).
