This is one of the most challenging operations we do in plastic surgery. This procedure requires both Expertise and Experience.

I am 50 years old and in good physical shape. I am a tri-athlete. I am considering a mini-face lift. My problem areas are small lines above my lip, crows feet, laugh lines, and lines on my forehead. I always look tired. Do you recommend a face lift?

When To Do A Facelift –The time to do a facelift is really dependent upon your genetics, loss of facial fat, aging, and if you have aging with cheek jowls. It is optimal to do proper facial rejuvenation using a “Lift and Fill” facelift technique early. This will look better, last longer, and have a more natural look if done in this manner at an early age.

Can I still breast feed my future kids if I get a reduction?

Breast Feeding After Breast Reduction - One can breast feed after breast reduction. In many cases it depends on the volume of breast tissue removed. I tell my patients there is a 50 50 chance of being able to do that, but in my experience it’s much higher than that.

Breast Lift With Or Without Augmentation - What determines whether you need an augmentation with a breast lift is whether you want superior fullness and/ or you do not have any residual breast tissue. If you want to move the nipples upward and reshape the breast without any superior fullness, then the breast lift alone is sufficient. If you want some fullness then an implant is usually recommended. This should be done in the hands of a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with expertise in Breast Surgery.
