Integrity, Ability, Experience. Choose your plastic surgeon well. Dr. Lawrence Gray, practicing since 1985, is the innovator of Breast Reduction Using Liposuction, a scar-less procedure. Dr. Gray has given academic presentations to national plastic surgery conferences and is published in the May 98 issue of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Allure magazine reported on Gray in their April 98 issue. He serves as chairman of the guidelines committee for the Lipoplasty Society of North America and as a clinical investigator of saline and silicone breast implants.
Strongly committed to continuing his professional education, Dr. Gray spends about four weeks a year attending conferences and studying the newest techniques by respected plastic surgeons from all over the world.

Professional Background
In 1985, Dr. Gray founded Atlantic Plastic Surgery in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, just 60 miles north of Boston. Today, Dr. Gray is the only plastic surgeon in New Hampshire with a private surgical facility certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, the gold standard in accreditation.
Dr. Gray began his practice specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery and hand surgery. He soon became the leading plastic surgeon for breast augmentation in New England. In 2004, as part of the Sientra Clinical study, Dr. Gray was one of only 15 plastic surgeons in the United States selected to offer silicone breast implants. He was also the first plastic surgeon to report internationally on the use of the Axis 3D imager which helps patients see how breast implants sizes and shapes will look on their body.
Internationally, Dr. Gray is recognized for a number of techniques, including as the originator of scarless breast reduction, a major advancement in breast reduction surgery that is now used by plastic surgeons world-wide. His experience in this technique is unmatched, having performed over 2,200 cases. He is also well-known academically and professionally for MACS facelift and drainless tummy tuck.
