Dr. Baker's practice is limited to Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Plastic Surgery. Available Procedures include: Breast Augmentation, Body Contouring Surgery (including Abdominal Reshaping and Suction-Assisted Fat Removal), Ultrasound-Assisted Lipectomy (created the Task Force for the development of Ultrasound-Assisted Lipectomy in 1995, served as National Coordinator of the teaching courses and has been a course instructor since 1997), Collagen and Botox Injections, Chin Recontouring, Nasal Reshaping, Ear Surgery, Facial Surgery (including F
acelifts, Dermabrasion, Forehead and Brow Lifts including Endoscopic technique, and Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery), Laser Skin Resurfacing, TCA Chemical Peels and Glycolic Acid Peels and Skin Care.
Dr. Baker's practice is a National Training Center for Botox.

Government Related Issues
Dr. Baker has been asked to testify three times before the FDA on breast implant related issues. He did this at hearings in 1976, 1992 and in 2000. He was also a Clinical Research Investigator for Liquid Silicone Injections for the FDA and Dow Corning Corporation from 1978 - 1981. From 1994 through 1996, he served the National Institute of Health in their study of the breast implant safety issue.

Dr. Baker provides as much information as possible during the examination and consultation. Your desires and expectations will be discussed in detail. He will cover the entire procedure(s) with you so you will be aware of how long the surgery will take, how it will be performed, what the recovery period will be like and what the possible complications might be. Several members of his staff have had at least one cosmetic surgery procedure performed and therefore can answer most questions.
Staff & Facilities
Dr. Baker performs the majority of his surgery at the Sherman Out-Patient Surgery Center at Florida Hospital Orlando.
Skin Care Products
Dr. Baker carries the M.D. Forte line, as well as supplemental products from the Tyra and Skin Ceuticals line. His staff are well trained in the products and in performing Glycolic Acid Peels.

It is customary to request that fees for cosmetic surgery be paid three weeks prior to surgery. Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Financing through a Cosmetic Fee Plan are accepted.
