About Holly Casey Wall, MD, FACS
Introduction
One of the busiest female plastic surgeons in the nation, Dr. Holly Wall is part of a team and family of renowned plastic surgeons at The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery in Shreveport, Louisiana. The practice places as much emphasis on fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere as it does on providing patients with the highest standard of aesthetic care. Over more than 40 years, the practice has developed an exceptional reputation that attracts patients from all over the world, as well as the patients close to home. Holly’s role in that practice is to make her patients feel comfortable while offering leading-edge techniques in breast and body contouring surgery.
As a woman and mother, Holly understands the complex healthcare needs of her female patients, and she takes particular joy in knowing she can offer comfort to women who may be insecure about addressing their cosmetic issues. Education & Training
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Holly Wall received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Brigham Young University and her medical degree from the University of Utah. She completed general surgery and plastic surgery training at Stanford University, where she trained with some of the most prominent plastic surgeons in the world. At The Wall Center, Holly focuses on breast augmentation and reconstruction, body contouring, and mommy makeovers.
Holly is an active volunteer in philanthropic organizations such as Interplast, which has allowed her to travel to Peru, Mexico, Haiti, and China to perform cleft lip and palate surgery for children in need. She also mentors female medical students interested in pursuing careers in surgery and serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Industries of Northwest Louisiana.

Whether a patient is interested in a surgical procedure or a non-invasive skin treatment, she can expect a thorough examination and consultation process from Dr. Holly Wall and her fellow surgeons and staff. Holly makes sure to spend time discussing a patient’s medical history and goals, responding to every question and concern, and explaining each detail of her recommendations. The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery has operated in its custom-built aesthetic center since its construction in 2009. The 17,000-square-foot aesthetic surgery center features state-of-the-art technologies, as well as a laser center, medical spa, and private fitness center. The facility is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, certified by the state of Louisiana, and is Medicare certified. The facility also includes luxurious and well-appointed guest suites for patients wishing overnight stays.
