I had gynomastia. As a result of getting gynomastia my areola's would also expand to twice as big and contract at random. But they would stay big more then being small. I had -surgery a year ago but my aureola's are still expanding and contracting. When they do this, my chest enlarges a little also…

I have considerable experience in treating gynecomastia. It sounds as if you have had sub-optimal removal of the tissue and that additional surgery, by an expert in gynecomastia surgery, might serve to correct your problem. Best advice is to seek a board certified plastic surgeon with demonstrated experience, interest and expertise in gynecomastia surgery. Good luck!
