Introduction

Dr. David Horvath is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Dr. Horvath has always followed the advancements in the non-surgical cosmetics industry and over the last several years he began to notice how much of the surgical interventions he was performing could actually be handled through non-surgical treatments. Plastic surgery patients also began to demand results from less-invasive procedures with less downtime and no anesthesia. Dr. Horvath has responded to this demand for and now, with the most recent innovations, he is able to achieve many of the goals his patients had for their plastic surgery through non-surgical means.

Dr. Horvath has 25 years as a Plastic Surgeon. Now he has dedicated his career to the advancement of Non-Surgical treatments in the setting of a Concierge Medical Spa. The years devoted to surgical cosmetic and reconstructive surgery have made Dr. Horvath exceptionally capable and superior in performing non-surgical procedures beyond the typical spa nurse injector at other medical spas. He is also performing scientifically proven regenerative medicine, Platelet-rich Plasma and Fibrin, Using Radiofrequency and High-intensity focal magnetic resonance for Fat reduction and Muscul building improving performance, as well as low-intensity shock wave therapy for sexual health. Everything we do is based on current scientific evidence.

Education & Training

Dr. Horvath was raised locally in Allentown, PA and went to Muhlenberg College for his undergraduate education in Biology. He received his Medical Degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completing a residency in General Surgery at Geisinger Medical Center. He then traveled to Indianapolis to complete a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Indiana University Medical Center. He accepted an extended fellowship in cosmetic plastic surgery while in Indianapolis and then went on to an advanced Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Miami, Florida. He trained under world-renowned surgeons and some of the leading innovators in Plastic surgery including the past President of The Aesthetic Society.

After completing his training he was recruited to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland Ohio to help build a regional Surgical Program in Plastic Surgery. During that time, he participated in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship Program, teaching Residents the newest techniques in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Today, Dr. Horvath continues to mentor Future generations of Plastic Surgeons as he participates in the education of the Temple University Plastic Surgery Residents.
