I went to one doctor and said they can only remove 500 grams. And another doctor said they can remove 730 gram. I want to be a low C high B

No one can accurately predict what cup size you will be should you have your 915+ grams removed from each side. You have choices here and if you wish to go with insurance, your surgeon is obligated to remove 915 gm or more, presumably from each side and you accept the outcome regardless of what cup size you have. If you want this and do not want obligations placed on you and your surgeon, you can pursue this cosmetically and then you can dictate just how much tissue you want removed (ie: cups/fists/etc) to best attempt achievement of your goals. Your surgeons who saw you felt the insurance minimums could not easily be met so if you want control, you should consider paying for this yourself. Yes, I despite insurance companies too.

I used to be about 280 lbs... I lost the weight then started lifting. I've been within 20 lbs of this weight for about a year now and wondering if I can continue losing it or if all that is left is loose skin that needs to be surgically removed. Most surgeons will not operate on a patient until their weight is stable with the diet and exercise regimen that patient is on. Even if not at your 'ideal' weight, many are understanding and willing to schedule you for body contouring as long as your BMI is under that surgeon's maximum. A big 'nasty' scar is always possible with body contour procedures after presumed massive weight loss and you should anticipate that as well as potential healing complications. Muscle cutting is never done with body contouring. Best to invest in a consultation or two with board certified plastic surgeons and realize that you should anticipate the need for revisions so its imperative you know what your surgeon's policy is before scheduling with that surgeon.

Focus on healing and letting your surgeon know of your concerns as you heal. You likely have adequate fat that can be harvested to fill in your breasts after you are completely recovered if its deemed necessary. Its very possibly you may grow to like your new look but if you don't, know that there are simple fixes that can be done under local in the office and you should also find out what your surgeon's revision policy is as well.

Hello, I am going to have a neck and face lift along with a lower blepharoplasty. I also want to do a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty but I can't do both which one would give me the best result?

If your brows are low AND you have dermatochalasis of your upper lids, your surgeon should be able to tell and show you what you what each procedure will do for you. My personal preference is to always do the brows first and most like the improved alertness that comes with a browlift. Upper lid procedures can easily be done in the office under local if deemed beneficial down the road.
