Brian Reagan MD
About the Practice
At a time when plastic surgery is becoming more about the “hype”, Dr. Reagan wants to put the focus back on the individual physician. His practice philosophy is simple: Take the time to get to know your surgeon. It’s the most important decision you will make. Dr. Reagan believes there are three attributes that allow your surgeon to deliver the best possible outcome: knowledge, skill , and the dedication to care.
Knowledge is accrued over a lifetime. It starts with education. Dr. Reagan has trained at some of the finest institutions in the country. While at Cornell Medical College and The New York Hospital, Dr. Reagan conducted award-winning research in the science of healing. Later, while at the prestigious University of Texas at SouthWestern (considered by many to be the top program in the country), Dr. Reagan studied under many world-recognized leaders in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. An author on such topics as facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty, Dr. Reagan focuses his practice on Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. But the accumulation of knowledge doesn’t stop with training. As a member of The Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation’s Hot Topics Committee, Dr. Reagan is constantly evaluating the latest technology and techniques to best meet the needs of his patients.
Knowledge and education help define surgical skill and judgement. You can be confident that Dr. Reagan will utilize safe, predictable approaches to achieve the most natural, beautiful results. As the Founder and Director of True Beauty, San Diego Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine, he feels strongly that his patients are best served by offering a full breadth of services ranging from simple peels to customized facelifts. Recognizing that some patients are looking for less invasive techniques to achieve their goals, Dr. Reagan has developed such approaches for both facial rejuvenation and body contouring.
Dr. Reagan believes “dedication to patient care” is more than a tag line. It means taking the time to understand the goals and objectives of each patient. All consults are conducted by Dr. Reagan personally. You can count on a relaxed, pressure free environment where the emphasis is on education and outcomes. It means respecting the operative experience so that his best work is delivered each and every time. All surgeries are performed in the morning. If performing a longer surgery such as a facelift or mommy-makeover, it will be the only surgery of the day. And it means being present post-operatively to help guide the patient through the healing phase. So when choosing Dr. Reagan, you can count on his dedication to you the patient before, during, and after your procedure.
