Dr. Brzowski has performed a full 5 year General Surgery residency, followed by Plastic Surgery Fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He continues to further his education through journal article reviews, manuscript proofing for The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, attendance at medical conferences as both a lecturer and evaluator, and collaborative experiences with his many colleagues around the country and world.

It would be important to know if you had any liposuction performed and what your surgeon has to say about your appearance. Sometimes these visual changes are normal and temporary, but sometimes they represent issues that need further treatment. If you had liposuction on the area where you are seeing these protruding spots, then it may be swelling or persistent fullness from fat. Fluid pockets can occur etc. All of these issues should be something I'm certain your surgeon is best to help you address.

This is a great question. The short answer is "yes. Probably."
If you undergo a breast reduction, you will have a smaller, tighter, and more lifted appearance. Sadly, many patients who go on to have one or more pregnancies will experience loss of breast volume and an associated recurrence of a saggy appearance. This doesn't happen 100% of the time, and it seems mostly related to the amount of weight change and breast size fluctuation that occurs. Some of these changes can be impacted by keeping the weight change under control and foregoing breastfeeding (not my suggestion because of its importance to your baby).
That said, if you are suffering sufficiently from the breast size, and you have a reasonable period of time before you expect to be pregnant, most women would choose to go ahead with the reduction, and the typical response you'd get from a plastic surgeon would be to proceed.
