Uneven breasts

If my breasts are uneven and I got a breast reduction in my bigger breast is it possible that they will be the same size? Also, if I were to get implants after would they turn out to be the same size?

Thank you for your question. Typically with significant breast asymmetry the larger lower breast is lifted and submuscular breast implants of appropriate sizes are placed under the muscle to achieve volume symmetry Search websites for search term breast asymmetry to see photos.

If you truly needed a breast reduction then it would be usual to get implants as a solution. During a breast reduction, not only is the weight of the breasts reduced, a lift provided but any asymmetry is corrected as best as possible.

Breast asymmetry is very common. Yes, a breast reduction or augmentation can make a patients breasts more symmetrical. Please remember breasts are sisters not twins.
