Is there any cost savings associated with combining facial/neck procedures?

I am interested in a neck lift and nose shaping. Is there a benefit to having these procedures done at the same time?

It is often possible to save expense by combining procedures. The amount would depend upon the policies of the surgery center, anesthesia and your surgeon. Best is to discuss this and your options with your surgeon.

For the best results seek the consultation of a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. They have a website listing all the certified plastic surgeons. Members of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery will all be board certified in plastic surgery and have demonstrated an interest and competence in cosmetic plastic surgery as well.

I no longer do just neck lifts as they do not correct the whole problem which involves the face also and the pull is in the wrong direction for a natural correction. Since a facelift includes a neck lift, thus correcting the whole problem, and the two procedures take about the same time to perform, cost the same and have similar recovery, I see no advantage to just doing the neck. Also, there is a set up charge for the facility and anesthesia for any procedure. Once this is paid, adding further procedures is therefore less expensive than doing them separately and paying separate set up charges. Many surgeons also give a discount for multiple procedures. Discuss this with your ASAPS member surgeon.
