How soon can I have a breast reduction revision?

I'm 2 months post-op and I'm very unhappy with my size. I was originally a DD/E and am now a full D. I wish to go down to a B or very small C (I know cups vary, but this is just so that you know around how much I still want taken off). What is the soonest that I could have a revision safely and what are my choices? I understand that I could either have breast liposuction or redo the surgery entirely with new incisions (under general anesthesia). Are there any other options?

May I suggest you obtain copies of your pre-operative photographs and copies of your operative reports from your breast surgeon. Consider taking these materials for a consult with an ASAPS Member regarding your concerns as an examination is most likely going to be required to answer your questions. If you are truly still a full D a repeat breast reduction may be in order. A period of at least 3 to 4 months after breast reduction surgery is usually required to see the final result. Hope this is of assistance.
