What will happen if I don't stop smoking before Laser Liposuction?

I fell off the wagon after 8 months of no smoking. I had an abdominoplasty done and 3 months later started back smoking. Now I find out I need a revision and my doctor wants to do Laser Liposuction to fix the area that needs to be redone. What will happen to me if I am smoking up to 2 weeks before the procedure?

Smokers don't have a good oxygen supply to the tissues, in this case, to the skin. When you have a surgical procedure done, the tissues involved will require more oxygen for healing, and your body won't be delivering the requirements, which is a high risk of necrosis.
